Hello! I’m Areeb Khan, an AI and software engineer based in Arlington, TX. I’m currently pursuing my MS in Computer Science at UT Arlington while serving as a Graduate Archer Fellow researching AI policy in Washington, DC, and as an AI Systems Intern at the Embassy of Pakistan building secure, privacy-focused AI infrastructure. My work spans machine learning research, cloud-native systems, computer vision, LLM applications, cybersecurity, and full-stack development. I’ve led projects in retail analytics, autonomous systems, accessibility technology, and secure AI infrastructure, and I’m passionate about responsible, impactful AI.

• Developing secure, privacy-focused AI tools to support internal workflows while protecting confidential and sensitive data.
• Researching and prototyping LLM-powered systems designed around data minimization, access control, secure retrieval, and confidential information handling.
• Evaluating local and private LLM deployment approaches, RAG, secure prompt engineering, and role-based access control for sensitive environments.
